We ship packages via UPS Mail Innovations and UPS Worldwide services (please note that for Mail Innovations, the “last mile” and final delivery stages may be handed over to USPS or a third-party carrier). Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

All domestic U.S. orders qualify for free “Basic Economy Shipping.” For domestic orders utilizing Basic Economy Shipping, please allow 7–12 business days for tracking updates and final delivery; please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays.

We strive to complete internal order processing within 1–3 business days; however, actual processing times may be extended due to factors such as high order volume, site-wide promotional events, and holidays.

Packages shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may experience longer delivery times. Once packages bound for Canada have cleared customs, final delivery will be handled by Canada Post.

Once an order has been submitted and entered into our system, we are unable to cancel or modify it, nor can we make any changes to the order contents, shipping address, or billing address. Therefore, please carefully review the items in your shopping cart and ensure that your billing and shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.

If tracking information indicates that your package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, we will not offer reshipments or refunds. If you check your tracking information and find that your order has been marked as “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact the local postal carrier (delivery service) directly to file a claim or initiate a dispute.

We do not offer refunds or reshipments for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or invalid shipping address provided by the customer.

Currently, our Spray Deodorants cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, APO/FPO military addresses, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.
